Supervision

As a supervisor I put great importance on the supervisory relationship in order to provide the right environment to support you in developing your clinical practice and skills.

The main aim is to have a relationship that is open and collaborative where you can reflect and share your thoughts and feelings about the client work in order to develop your clarity and confidence in your practice and decision making, as well as managing the challenges that are happening in the therapeutic process.

I supervise the person and take particular interest in the practitioners developing self awareness as well as practicing self-care. The supervision space is confidential, non-judgemental and aims to both supportive and restorative.
