Clinical Supervision

Support, Growth & Professional Development
Clinical Supervision

I am an Integrative Supervisor offering one-to-one and group clinical supervision to trainees and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists across the UK. I work with practitioners from a wide range of therapeutic models and backgrounds, including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Psychosynthesis, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), CBT, Eclectic, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Existential, Person-Centred, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and integrative approaches.

My professional experience spans both private practice and organisational settings, including the NHS, health and social care services, charities, and university counselling services. This experience enables me to offer supervision that is responsive to different clinical contexts and professional stages, including supporting you through accreditation and qualification processes.

I aim to provide a supervision space that feels safe, reflective, and collaborative. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and openness, offering a confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your clinical work, professional identity, and personal development. Supervision is a space not only for thinking about client work, but also for attending to your wellbeing, resilience, and growth as a practitioner.

I offer both in-person and online supervision, allowing flexibility and accessibility to meet the needs of counsellors and psychotherapists working in diverse settings.

The initial supervision session provides an opportunity for us to begin forming a supervisory relationship and to explore your current practice, professional context, and developmental needs. This session is also a space to consider whether my approach to clinical supervision feels like a good fit for you. During the initial session, we will:

  • Explore your current clinical practice
Discuss your therapeutic modality, client work, professional setting, and scope of practice in line with ethical and professional frameworks (including BACP and UKCP).

  • Identify your supervision needs and goals
Clarify what you are seeking from clinical supervision, including areas of learning, reflection, and any challenges arising in your work.

  • Begin establishing a safe supervisory relationship
Consider how we can create a reflective, collaborative, and containing supervision space that supports ethical practice, professional development, and practitioner wellbeing.
